NZ Shipping: Shipping is free if the value of your order is NZD 50 and over. Orders under $50 will incur a flat rate fee of NZD 10 within Auckland and NZD 15 outside Auckland. You would receive the parcel within 3 - 7 working days after dispatch. AU Shipping: Shipping is free for orders NZD 150 and above. Orders under $50 will incur a flat rate fee of NZD 25 and you would receive the parcel within 3-15 working days after dispatch. Rest of the World: Shipping is free for orders NZD 250 and above. Orders under $50 will incur a flat rate fee of NZD 50 and you would receive the parcel within 3-15 working days after dispatch. Please ensure you provide correct address at the time of order placement. FABJAZ will not take any responsibility or refund orders that have gone missing because of an invalid or incorrect address.

You can pay by Afterpay, credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards. You can also pay via offline method wherein the payment needs to be made into our account. The order will be processed once the payment is recieved by us.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at official.fabjaz@gmail.com along with your order number and item number from your original confirmation email so we can assist you. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment.
